Buying Tickets
Visit the event page on NyoteCreation, select your preferred ticket type and quantity, click "Buy Tickets," enter your details (name, email, phone number), complete payment via M-Pesa, and receive your ticket instantly via email.
Browse events on NyoteCreation.co.ke, select your event, choose ticket type and quantity, enter your details, pay using M-Pesa, and receive your digital ticket via email. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
Visit the "Browse Events" page on NyoteCreation. You can scroll through upcoming events or use the search function to find events by name, venue, or category.
On the event page, you will see available ticket types (e.g., Regular, VIP, Early Bird). Select the ticket type you want by clicking on it, then choose the quantity before proceeding to checkout.
Yes. You can buy multiple tickets in a single transaction. Select the quantity of tickets you need before checkout. Each ticket will have a unique QR code.
Yes. If the event offers VIP tickets, they will be listed as a ticket type on the event page. Select VIP ticket type and proceed with your purchase.
Yes. Early bird tickets are available for many events at discounted prices. Check the event page for early bird ticket availability. Early bird tickets are limited, so purchase early.
The event page shows ticket availability. If tickets are sold out, the page will indicate this. You can also see the remaining ticket count if the organizer has enabled this feature.
You need to provide your full name, email address, and phone number. Your ticket will be sent to this email address and linked to your phone number for M-Pesa payment.
No. You can purchase tickets as a guest without creating an account. Simply provide your details at checkout and complete your payment.
Your ticket is delivered instantly via email after successful payment. You will also see a download link on the confirmation page. The ticket is in PDF format with a unique QR code.
Yes. After payment, you can download your ticket immediately from the confirmation page. You can also download it again anytime using the "Find My Ticket" page with your email or phone number.

M-Pesa Event Ticket Payments
Yes. NyoteCreation fully supports M-Pesa payments for all event tickets. M-Pesa is Kenya's most popular mobile payment method, and you can use it to purchase tickets securely.
Select M-Pesa as your payment method at checkout, enter your M-Pesa registered phone number, and you will receive an STK push prompt on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the payment. Once confirmed, your ticket is delivered instantly.
Yes. NyoteCreation accepts M-Pesa for all ticket purchases. We use M-Pesa STK push technology for secure and instant payments.
After successful M-Pesa payment, you will see a confirmation page with your ticket download link. Your ticket is also sent to your email immediately. You can download, save, or print your ticket.
If your M-Pesa account was debited but you didn't receive your ticket, contact our support team immediately at support@nyotecreation.co.ke or +254 797 660 991 with your M-Pesa transaction code. We will verify the payment and issue your ticket.
If your M-Pesa payment fails, check your M-Pesa balance and PIN. You can retry the payment. If the issue persists, contact M-Pesa customer service or our support team for assistance.
Yes. You can use another person's phone to pay, but the STK push prompt will appear on that phone. The ticket will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.
Yes. You can purchase multiple tickets in one transaction and pay the total amount via M-Pesa. Select the quantity of tickets before checkout, and the total will be calculated automatically.
Yes. M-Pesa is a secure mobile payment system operated by Safaricom. All transactions are encrypted and protected. NyoteCreation uses M-Pesa's official STK push API for secure payments.
QR Code Tickets
A QR code ticket is a digital ticket containing a unique QR (Quick Response) code. This code stores your ticket information and is scanned at the event entrance to validate your entry.
When you arrive at the event, event staff scan your QR code using a scanning device. The system verifies the code's authenticity, checks that it hasn't been used before, and grants you entry.

Ticket Problems

If an event is cancelled, you will be notified via email and SMS. You may request a refund, and you will receive 90% of your ticket amount as per our refund policy.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are available for cancelled events. If you cannot attend an event due to personal reasons, refunds are generally not available. See our full refund policy at nyotecreation.co.ke/refund.
For fully cancelled events, ticket holders receive 90% of the ticket amount. The 10% is retained as platform and processing fees. Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date. See full policy at nyotecreation.co.ke/refund.
If an event is fully cancelled, you will be notified immediately. You can request a refund and receive 90% of your ticket amount. The 10% platform fee is retained.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events are at the organizer's discretion.
No. Ticket cancellations after purchase are not supported unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. See our refund policy for more details.

For Event Organizers
Sign up for an account, click "Create Event," fill in your event details (name, date, venue, description), add ticket types and prices, upload images, and submit for approval. Once approved, your event goes live.
After creating your event on NyoteCreation, share your event link on social media, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Attendees can purchase tickets directly from your event page using M-Pesa.
In the event creation form, you can add multiple ticket types such as Regular, VIP, Early Bird, etc. Set a name, price, and quantity for each ticket type.
When creating ticket types, enter the price for each type in Kenyan Shillings (KES). You can set different prices for different ticket categories.

Organizer Payments
Event organizers receive their funds via M-Pesa transfer to their registered phone number after the event has ended and all sales are verified.
Funds are paid to organizers within 24-48 hours after the event has concluded, subject to verification of all transactions.
Attendees can pay using M-Pesa. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
